ERPI research is organised around durable domains rather than a changing list of current events. Individual projects are time-bounded, evidence-controlled and assigned an explicit status so that working research, restricted assessments and public outputs are not confused with one another.

Controlled evidence builds, policy studies and applied research programmes are managed with defined scope, evidence boundaries, versioning and release status.
Publication governance
Research objects carry their evidence status with them
ERPI distinguishes observed evidence, source claims, analytical inference, scenarios and recommendations. Significant analytical outputs are controlled by document status, evidence cut-off, version, classification and publication authority. Public synthesis is produced from that underlying work only when the relevant release gate has been satisfied.
The Knowledge environment contains public research, policy papers, briefings, perspectives, institutional statements and foundational material that has been cleared for external use.
